30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jake@pioneer-essentials.com or (828) 406 0459.Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
